Generally eaten boiled, baked or fried, these are widely used in a variety of cuisines and snacks such as french fries and potato chips. Considered as an excellent source of various vitamins and minerals, such as potassium and vitamin C, potatoes are high in water (80%). Primarily composed of carbs, Indian Potatoes contain moderate amounts of protein and fiber, but virtually no fat.
